Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Discovery calls are available by appointment only through our online scheduling system. Appointments are first-come, first-served. Only one free 20-minute discovery call per individual or business will be scheduled. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: You may cancel or reschedule a call at least 24 hours in advance via the scheduling link or by contacting HRish at ktaylor@hrish.co. Calls canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit eligibility for a free discovery call. Repeated no-shows may result in the removal from the booking system for future calls. Late Arrival Policy: Calls will start promptly at the scheduled time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, the call may be canceled or shortened at HRish's discretion. Late arrivals may be required to reschedule according to availability. Waitlist Policy: If all available slots are booked, you may join the waitlist. Waitlisted individuals will be contacted in order of request as slots open. HRish reserves the right to prioritize new or high-fit prospects if multiple waitlist requests come in simultaneously. Additional Notes: Discovery calls are intended to assess fit and provide initial guidance. Calls are not a substitute for full consulting services; extended advice may be offered in paid sessions. HRish reserves the right to decline a discovery call if prior engagement policies are not respected.
