Cancellation Policy

**Booking & Payment Policy:** Work-ish Sessions are available by appointment only through HRish’s online scheduling system and are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your 60-minute session. **Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:** You may cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours in advance using your scheduling link or by contacting HRish at [info@hrish.co](mailto:info@hrish.co). Sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or may be rescheduled. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows are non-refundable. HRish understands that life happens and may make exceptions at its discretion. **Late Arrival Policy:** Sessions begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. **Document Review:** If you would like to discuss a document during your session—such as a performance improvement plan, written warning, job offer, compensation information, or workplace communication—please submit it at least 24 hours before your appointment. The Work-ish Session includes review of a reasonable amount of material directly related to the issue being discussed. Extensive document review, research, or written analysis may require additional services and will be discussed with you before any additional charges are incurred. **Privacy & Conflicts:** Information shared with HRish will be treated with discretion and used for the purpose of providing your session. HRish will not contact your employer on your behalf as part of a Work-ish Session. To avoid conflicts of interest, HRish does not provide individual workplace guidance to employees of current HRish business clients. If a conflict is identified after booking, HRish may cancel the session and issue a refund. **Important Notes:** Work-ish Sessions provide practical workplace guidance based on HR experience and are intended to help you better understand your situation, prepare for workplace conversations, and consider possible next steps.
